Choose your Attitude

Even in the best of circumstances, a good attitude does not just naturally happen. We like to think that our attitude is based on outward circumstances, but it's not. An active church member at Mt. Harmony Lower Marlboro, Lee Sowell, offers this wise observation: Give someone a wheelbarrow of cash and they will complain about what color it is. I LOVE THAT!!

A petty attitude can prevent us from enjoying the richness we've been given.

Our Focus for today as we set out on the next 28 days is ATTITUDE 1. Accept that we control our attitude. 2. Stop ourselves in mid-complaint. 3. Dedicate (and rededicate) our Mind to God. Ephesians 4:23 says be made new in the attitude of your minds.
