Look Up

Yep. I need to look up. I'm one of these who often is looking down at the phone while the world passes me by. In romans 12: "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Our brains naturally seek patterns which easily develop into habits & mindsets. Look up from the phone. Look at where your mind has developed patterns of thinking. Next, be proactive today and seek out music, conversations, and activities that value Life, Goodness, Peace. Where thoughts go, so follows attitude and actions.

God loves you too much to remain in a defeated or darkened mindset. He came to free you through Christ. He came so that you could pattern your life off of the Divine. He will renew your mind, and set your heart free to live, laugh, love and serve.
